BRADENTON, Fla. - NCF Women's Golf secured its first-ever tournament championship Thursday as it won the three-day, three-team 54-hole New College Invitational at River Club Golf Course in Bradenton over Florida College and Concordia (Wisconsin).

Rebecca Luchs earned her second career and first individual tournament championship of her junior season as she shot a clubhouse best average of 79.3 per round, finishing under 80 in two rounds, including shooting just 4-over par at a 76 in Round 1.
Autumn Postlewait placed second overall, Maddy Balaskiewicz finished third overall,
Gabby Gionta finished fourth, and
Tereza Miksovska finished sixth as NCF dominated the three-team, 14-player field.
The Mighty Banyans will return to action over the weekend as it will compete in the Kona Ice Keiser Kup in West Palm Beach from Sunday to Tuesday.
