Ashley Dakis is a dedicated and dynamic leader in athletics and youth development, currently serving her second year as an Assistant Coach at New College of Florida. With a strong foundation in coaching, community service, and higher education, Ashley brings a passionate and holistic approach to player development—on and off the field.
A former collegiate and current semi-professional soccer player, Ashley has competed at the highest levels with clubs including Bay City Reign FC, Webber, and Barton College. She pairs this athletic experience with an impressive academic background, holding both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education from Webber International University.
Ashley has coached youth and collegiate athletes across multiple programs, designing high-intensity training sessions, building team culture, and fostering long-term engagement in the sport. Her dedication extends beyond athletics—through her work with at-risk youth, she equips students with life skills and academic support to help them succeed in school and pursue higher education.
Known for her leadership, compassion, and drive, Ashley continues to build meaningful connections and empower the next generation through sport and education.
