Corbin Weeks

Weeks comes to New College of Florida after an impressive two-year stint as head coach at Montreat College, where he orchestrated the largest single-season turnaround in NAIA Softball history (DakStats era).

After the program went just 10-39 during the 2023 season, Weeks led Montreat to a 31-19 record in his debut season of 2024, marking a record-breaking 21-game turnaround. The historic turnaround season saw Montreat finish in the Top 25 in the NAIA in five offensive categories.

In 2025, Montreat posted a 33-16 record under Weeks’ leadership, which was good for a top-three finish in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC).

During his two seasons at Montreat, Weeks’ program posted a 64-35 record, broke 10 offensive records, landed multiple All-Conference and All-Region selections, and gained national recognition with players earning accolades such as NAIA Softball National Player of the Week and the 2025 AAC Freshman of the Year. Weeks also saw his players garner 3 NFCA All-Region selections and 2 AAC Champions of Character awards.

A former college baseball player at Southeastern University, Weeks helped his team to a 2013 NCCAA National Runner-Up finish and a 2014 Sun Conference Championship. The Fire advanced to the opening round of the NAIA World Series in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Weeks transitioned into coaching with a focus on player development, advanced analytics, and culture-driven leadership. During his softball tenure at Montreat, Weeks was instrumental in rebuilding a high-performing program. Weeks grew the roster to over 60 athletes from 17 states, generated nearly $125,000 in fundraising, and managed a $30,000 facility renovation including a locker room.

Known for his expertise in data-driven coaching systems like Rapsodo, AWRE, Synergy, and GoRoute, Weeks is equally passionate about academic excellence. His teams have produced numerous Scholar-Athletes and Academic All-District honorees, reflecting his commitment to holistic development on and off the field.

Weeks owns a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership from Montreat and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern.
