New College of Florida

Jordan Spencer fulfills her position in the athletic department as a graduate assistant with the powerhouse combination of elite NCAA experience and scientific discipline. She is currently working toward her Master's in Marine Mammal Science from the New College of Florida, focusing on Florida manatee acoustics.

Graduating in 2025 from Canisius University, Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior, Ecology, and Conservation with a double major in Anthrozoology and minors in; Zoo Biology, Conservation, and Women and Gender Studies. She left an incredible mark on the women's soccer program, where she played all 4 years. Spencer's mark can be found in the Golden Griffins’ record book, which indicates her on-field accomplishments, including the best season and career Goals Against Averages (GAA), tied for most shutouts in a single season, and 8 further mentions.

Her love for soccer began early as she played club at the Michigan Hawks, where she also began her coaching journey. The creation of an environment where an athlete feels empowered to be their authentic selves is her foremost goal in order to help them unlock their highest potential on and off the field.
