Coming off the heels of an extended break due to Hurricane Milton, the Banyans captured their first Sun Conference victory in program history in their return game at Webber International.
New College's defense got off to a slow start, conceding the afternoon's first goal in the eighth minute to give the Warriors an early 1-0 lead.
New College's offense also struggled in the first frame, creating a handful of opportunities and recording 2 shots in the first period.
