SARASOTA, Fla. – Jackson Dawson awarded Mighty Banyan of the week.

Men's Basketball freshman Jackson Dawson awarded this week's Mighty Banyan of the week.

"Jackson is instrumental to our program." Said Men's Basketball head coach Andrew Wingreen. "He is a fantastic leader who always work's hard and puts his teammates before himself."

Dawson played a key role for the Banyans in 2023, appearing in 22 games and averaging over 18 minutes per contest.

Dawson finished towards the top of multiple individual statistics for the Banyans in 2023, including rebounding, steals, and blocks.

"Jackson has a big year ahead of him." Said Coach Wingreen. "I know he'll continue to work on his craft, and come back even more ready next fall."
