SARASOTA, Fla. - NCF Women's Soccer (1-6, 0-0) will host the No. 1 ranked team in the country Friday as the Keiser Seahawks (5-1, 0-0) will visit the NCF Bayfront for a 4 p.m. EST match.

The contest will not count towards either team's Sun Conference records. Keiser will return to the NCF Bayfront on Oct. 1 in what will be a Sun Conference match.

• NCF fell 4-1 at St. Thomas Tuesday but did score its second goal of the season as Consuelo Di Maria converted on a penalty kick.
• Tereza Cerna has also scored a goal for the Mighty Banyans this season, which came in a Sept. 10 loss to Webber.
• Sophomore goaltender Maria Schatzl played the final 52 minutes of Tuesday's loss at St. Thomas and recorded eight saves on 10 shots faced.
• Avaya Wright has started all six games in net so far this season for the Mighty Banyans and has recorded 24 saves on 36 shots faced.
• Keiser, the top-ranked team in the entire NAIA, finished as the runner-up in last year's NAIA Tournament, losing to conference rival SCAD. So far this season, the Seahawks are 5-1 with wins over Texas A&M-Texarkana, NCAA DII Barry, then-ranked No. 2 William Carey, then-ranked No. 10 Tennessee Southern and Ave Maria. It's lone loss of the year came to then-ranked No. 5 Cumberlands.
• Blanca Bächi has scored a team-high five goals for Keiser so far this season. Starting goaltender Mio Tanaka has allowed just one goal on the year.
