No. 3 seeded New College of Florida opened the 2026 Sun Conference Men's Tennis Championships with a 4-0 Quarterfinals victory over No. 6 seeded SCAD Savannah in Brunswick, Georgia, taking the doubles point and adding three singles victories to seal the team result.
In doubles play,
Pedro Lemos and
Konstantin Kukaras earned a 6-3 win at No. 1, while Patrick Kotrozini Janikian and
Hugo Fidler followed with a 6-1 victory at No. 3 to secure the point for New College.
In singles,
Timothy Phung delivered a 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 1.
Konstantin Kukaras added a 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 4, and
Carlos Quinones secured the final point with a 7-6 (5), 6-1 win at No. 2.
NCF advances to take on No. 2 seeded Southeastern in the Semifinals Thursday at 2:30 p.m. EST.
