New College of Florida volleyball continues Sun Conference play Wednesday as the Mighty Banyans travel to Lakeland to take on No. 25 Southeastern at 6:30 p.m. inside The Furnace.
NCF (9-1, 1-0) enters its first conference road match following a 3-1 victory over Ave Maria in Saturday's Sun Conference opener. The win continued the best start in program history.
Wednesday's match will renew a growing conference rivalry after NCF won two of three meetings against Southeastern last season. The Mighty Banyans' victories included a 3-1 win over the Fire in the Sun Conference Tournament Semifinals.

SETTING THE STANDARD
NCF enters Wednesday leading The Sun Conference with 17.21 points and 3.10 service aces per set.
The Mighty Banyans rank second in the conference with a .226 hitting percentage and 12.33 kills per set. NCF also ranks third with 11.72 assists and 1.77 blocks per set.
Defensively, the Mighty Banyans have held opponents to a .122 hitting percentage and 8.64 kills per set, ranking second and first in the conference, respectively.
TELECKA LEADS THE ATTACK
Senior Wiktoria Telecka continues to lead The Sun Conference in several offensive categories.
Telecka ranks first in the conference with 174 kills, 4.46 kills per set, 217.5 points and 5.58 points per set.
She also leads the league with 32 service aces and 0.82 aces per set while ranking fourth with a .265 hitting percentage.
Telecka has reached double figures in kills in each of NCF's first 10 matches.
The senior was named Sun Conference Attacker of the Week on Monday following her performance against Ave Maria. The award marked her second of the season and fifth of her NCF career.
NACERO AMONG CONFERENCE LEADERS
Senior Soraya Nacero gives NCF a second attacker ranked near the top of The Sun Conference.
Nacero ranks third in the conference with 131 kills, 3.45 kills per set and a .269 hitting percentage. She also ranks second with 29 service aces, 0.76 aces per set and 4.29 points per set.
The senior earned Sun Conference Attacker of the Week honors following her performance at the Florida College Lady Falcons Classic. The award marked the second conference weekly honor of her career.
PHILLIPPE DIRECTING THE OFFENSE
Sophomore Addison Phillippe enters Wednesday as The Sun Conference leader with 411 assists and 10.54 assists per set.
Phillippe was named Sun Conference Setter of the Week on Monday, earning the honor for the third consecutive week and third time this season.
She was also selected as the NAIA National Setter of the Week earlier this season following NCF's 4-0 performance at the La Tribu Invitational.
DEFENSIVE PRESENCE
Sophomore libero Khalia Horta ranks third in The Sun Conference with 179 digs and 4.59 digs per set.
Freshman Katelyn Pulver leads the Mighty Banyans at the net with 23 total blocks. Her 0.66 blocks per set rank fourth in the conference.
NCF ranks third in The Sun Conference with 1.77 blocks per set while holding opponents to the lowest kills-per-set average in the league.
