-1NCF Women's soccer fell 1-0 on the road in Hialeah to Florida National Monday in its final non-conference match of the 2025 season.

Monday's match entered halftime in a scoreless tie, but at the 60:49 mark, it was FNU who delivered the game's first and only score as Angelina Carreno scored off an assist from Natalya Paula.

Goaltender Maria Schatzl made five saves in net in the loss while both Nicola Taylor and Jessie Dreiling fired off shots on goal on the offensive end for the Mighty Banyans.

With the loss, NCF is now 2-12-1 overall on the season.

NCF will return home Wednesday for its regular season finale against Ave Maria Wedesnday at 1 p.m. EST. With a win or a draw, the Mighty Banyans will secure the sixth and final seed in the Sun Conference Tournament.
