BRADENTON, Fla. - NCF Women's Basketball will open its third season in program history Saturday when it hosts Trinity College at 2 p.m. EST at SCF-Bradenton.
The game will be the first of a season-opening Women's/Men's doubleheader as the NCF Men will take the floor against Trinity at 4 p.m.

- NCF is coming off a 9-18 overall 2024-25 campaign in which it went 2-14 in conference play in its debut season as members of the Sun Conference.
- The Mighty Banyans return each of its three leading scorers from last season in CiCi Moore (12.9 points per game), Gwen Tsoukalas (10.4 PPG) and Halle Shelt (8.5 PPG).
- Other key returners include Camila Zbynski, who averaged a team-leading 1.7 steals per game last season, Sania Thomas, who ranked second on the team, averaging 6.4 rebounds per game and Tatiana Jackson, who redshirted last season but during the 2023-24 season averaged 7.9 points and 5.4 rebounds while leading the team in assists (67) and steals (39).
- Among the newcomers to watch this season are 6-foot-4 transfer junior Julia Pacheco, freshman guard Kaitlyn Rittenhouse and transfer guard Eihlan Fitch.
- Brian Cruz enters his third season at the helm at NCF. He owns a record of 19-30.
