NCF Men's Basketball fell to 2-3 on the season and 0-2 in Sun Conference play Saturday as it fell 92-79 on the road to RV Florida Memorial in Miami Gardens.
The Mighty Banyans erased an early 14-6 deficit with a 16-3 run to go on top 22-19 with 8:36 left in the first half, but the Lions responded by outscoring the Mighty Banyans 27-17 the remainder of the half to take a 46-39 lead into halftime.
Florida Memorial then outscored NCF 46-40 in the second half to secure the 13-point home win.

Shawn Lefresne led the Mighty Banyans with 24 points. He was joined in double figures byÂ

Ben Walker (16), and
Giovanni Toscanini (12).
Lefresne also led NCF in assists (6) and rebounds (4).
NCF will be back in action Tuesday when it hosts Beacon College at 7 p.m. EST.Â
