Nearly two weeks after the arrival of the first recruits in program history, New College Tennis welcomes three additional members to the Mighty Banyan tennis family:  Konstantin Kukaras, Hugo Fidler, and Leal Hogan-Grant. 

New College head tennis coach Jeffery Maren had a few words to share about each of the new recruits.

"Konstantin comes to us by way of Eastern Florida State College where he has been an outstanding player for the past two years.  He will bring a wealth of experience and leadership to our new program!  He is originally from Germany and has extensive experience as a competitor in Europe." 

"Hugo is from Aruba and has trained in the Sarasota area for several years.  He competes regularly in national and International tournaments and is also an outstanding student.  We are thankful that he chose to join our team and know that he will make an immediate impact for us. "

"Leal is from Gainesville, Florida and has put an incredible amount of time and energy into his game.  His energy and competitive spirit will add to our culture and his game will no doubt elevate our team.  
We are thankful for each of these outstanding student-athletes and are excited to have them join our team!"

The Banyans are excited to welcome all three of these incoming players to the roster, and will look to build on their initiation as the New College creeps closer to their season of play.
