NCF Volleyball bounced back from its loss to St. Thomas Saturday with a victory over Sun Conference foe Warner in Lake Wales Wednesday.
After falling behind 4-2 early in the first set, NCF rallied back to close the set on a 23-15 run to win the set 25-19.
The second set saw both teams tied at 21, but NCF rallied to win the set 25-23 thanks to back-to-back kills from
Wiktoria Telecka.
In the third set, NCF and Warner found themselves tied at 16, but from there it was all Mighty Banyans as NCF closed out the set on a 9-2 run to win 25-18 and complete the sweep of the Royals.
Telecka led NCF with 18 kills, while
Jayleen Santiago also finished with double-digit kills with 10.Â
Soraya Nacero led NCF in service aces with three, while Santiago led the way with two blocks.

Rafaela Domingos led NCF with 35 assists, while libero
Maria Luiza Barreis led the Mighty Banyans' defensive efforts with 21 digs.Â
With the win, NCF is now 9-2 overall, 4-2 in Sun Conference Play, and has now won seven of its last eight matches.
The Mighty Banyans will be back in action next Wednesday when it hosts Webber at SCF-Bradenton in a 7 p.m. EST Sun Conference match.
