NCF Cross Country Set For Final Regular Season Race

NCF Men's and Women's Cross Country will run its final regular season race of its inaugural season Friday when it travels to Lakeland's Holloway Park for the 2025 Ed Holloway XC Classic hosted by Florida Southern College.

The Men will run an 8K race Friday at 5:45 p.m. EST, while the NCF Women will run a 6K Race at 6:45 p.m.

NCF will be making its third trip to Lakeland's Holloway Park Friday. It ran in the Swan City Cross Country Classic on Sept. 6, with the men's team placing in 10th place and two women's runners participating, and in the FL Runners Invitational on Oct. 3, with the men's team placing fifth and two women's runners participating.
NCF last ran in the Oct. 3 FL Runners Invitational, where the men's fifth-place finish in the 8K race was paced by Natheer Suied, who posted a time of 28:35.17, placing 26th out of 61 runners.
Xavier Rivera Melendez finished right behind at the Suied at the FL Runners Invitational with a time of 28:44.18 to finish in 30th, Andrew Rodriguez finished in 42nd with a time of 30:57.97, Alex Llanos finished 44th with a time of 31:15.16, Owen Euler placed 54th at 34:21.68 and Pierce Mihailoff rounded out NCF while placing 58th at 37:20.56.
In the women's 6K race, Arianna Childs finished 39th out of 57 runners with a time of 27:59.78, while Abby Retberg finished in 50th with a time of 31:42.90.
