Karyna Lewis both earned second-team All-Sun Conference honors Wednesday.
Suarez, a Miami native and NCF's program all-time hit leader, is slashing .367/.421/.458 with two home runs and 31 RBI's over 45 games and 43 starts.
Her .367 batting average ranks third-best on the team while her 31 RBI's are tied for the team lead. She also added nine stolen bases and has not yet been caught stealing.
Lewis is slashing .383/.474/478 with 16 RBI's. Her .383 batting average ranks second on the team, her .474 on-base percentage ranks best among qualifying hitters, she ranks second on the team with 11 doubles, leads the team with 20 stolen bases, and has been caught stealing only twice.
In right field, she has not made an error and has recorded five outfield assists.
The duo will lead NCF into Sun Conference Tournament play starting Thursday against St. Thomas at 11 a.m. EST at the Eddie C More Complex in Clearwater.
