New College of Florida Women's Soccer will look to make program history Saturday as the Mighty Banyans travel to Thomasville, Georgia, for a 4 p.m. match against Thomas University (1-1-0).
With a victory, NCF would improve to 5-0 and establish a new program record for wins in a single season. The Mighty Banyans' current four victories match the previous record set in 2023 and matched in 2024.
NCF (4-0, 0-0) continued its perfect start last weekend with an 11-0 victory at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College before defeating Wesleyan College, 10-0, the following morning.
Through four matches, the Mighty Banyans have outscored their opponents 40-1 while recording three shutouts.

HISTORY WITHIN REACH: A victory Saturday would give NCF five wins and establish a new program record for victories in a single season. The Mighty Banyans currently share the record of four wins, matching the totals posted in 2023 and 2024.

BACK TO GEORGIA: Saturday will mark NCF's third consecutive road match in Georgia. The Mighty Banyans earned victories in Tifton and Macon last weekend and will now travel to Thomasville looking to complete a perfect three-match trip through the Peach State.
OFFENSIVE EXPLOSION: NCF has scored 40 goals through four matches, averaging 10 goals per contest. The Mighty Banyans have attempted 198 shots, placed 100 on goal and recorded 18 assists.
NATIONAL RECOGNITION: Naomi Woerner was named the PrestoSports NAIA Offensive Player of the Week after recording eight goals and three assists for 19 points across NCF's first four matches. The honor came one day after Woerner earned her second consecutive Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week award. Woerner recorded two goals and three assists in Sunday's victory over Wesleyan. Her three assists established a new NCF single-match program record, while her seven points were the most recorded by a Mighty Banyan in a match this season.
HARDY STAYS HOT: Faith Hardy enters Saturday with six goals and one assist for 13 points. Hardy has scored in each of NCF's first four matches, including two-goal performances against Florida Poly and Wesleyan.
BENJAMIN BREAKS THROUGH: Sarah Benjamin recorded the first hat trick of her collegiate career Sunday against Wesleyan. Benjamin has four goals and three assists through four matches, ranking third on the team with 11 points.
LOCKING IT DOWN: NCF has allowed just one goal through its opening four matches while limiting opponents to 14 total shots and seven shots on goal. Avaya Wright has made six saves and enters Saturday with an .857 save percentage and a 0.25 goals-against average.
KNOW THE OPPONENT: Thomas enters Saturday with a 1-1 record. The Night Hawks opened the season with a 10-0 victory over Florida College before suffering a 5-1 loss at receiving-votes SCAD-Savannah. Miasandra Mauro leads Thomas with four goals after scoring the opening goal against SCAD.
REMATCH IN THOMASVILLE: Saturday will mark the second all-time meeting between the programs. Thomas earned a 3-1 victory over NCF on Aug. 30, 2025, in the first matchup.
